My favorite challenge in my profession is getting a values from a customer and turning them into a visual story and experience. It always comes from a place of research and an idea of visual and conceptual language that is accurate for the customer.

The process consists of a deep understanding of the brand values, the target audience and the desired experience of the consumer.

These produce a concept/story that provides the transition between a visual concept and a product or service that represents the brand identity.
